Chris Falcon is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, and Youth Exercise Specialist. In 2007 he founded his personal training facility, Reactive Performance Enhancement Center, in Glenview Illinois. Chris has had great success working with individuals from many different walks of life, but it has been his experience working with young children, and cancer patients that has made him ultra-sensitive to the needs and concerns of his clients. Chris is the creator of The Multi-Mode Method of Eating, and author of 'Billy Blue and the Big Belly'. Chris is dedicated to helping people feel their best through healthy living on all levels.
