The book also compares citizenship and civil society in Hong Kong with a number of other East Asian countries.

Author Biography:

Agnes S. Ku is Associate Professor of Social Science at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Ngai Pun is Assistant Professor of Social Science at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
