This game has taken over my life, my partner and children have not seen me in weeks.

If you have an X this game is a must buy, runs at native 4K with a solid locked 30 fps, the PS4 pro version doesn't look nearly as good if you want to experience this masterpiece in its truest form, get an X and get this masterpiece.

A TV – Xbox – Just buy it. Go play it. Forget about real life. Be a cowboy. (Brokeback if thats your lifestyle) Brush the horse and shoot the deer. Stop looking at the incredible shrinking horse *****.

The graphics, story, music, characters and side-quests in this game are absolutely amazing. I'm a PC gamer, but picked up a Xbox just to play this one title and it did not disappoint. The long story is filled with adventure and is a great tale. The multiplayer isn't the best at the moment, but hopefully it will get better in the future.

A stunningly beautiful, realistic, and faithful game with amazing attention to detail and design. But warning for fans of red dead 1 or GTA games which I am a huge fan of and completely finished. In this game:

• the missions here are so tedious. The pacing is intentionally slow. They made it so real – to a fault.
• the controls are a nightmare.
• it takes sooo long to loot houses and people and do anything.
• don’t forget to eat and brush your slow horse and clean the toilet or your character will move even slower.
• you are punished and pretty much have to be 'good’ unless you want a tougher more tedious slow time.
• it takes forever to get anywhere, all to just hear a slow speech or paint a fence.
• I slogged through the opening until I finally got to the open world but eventually gave up. It felt like doing house work. I’d rather do real house work as it’s more interesting and more productive.

If your a fan of epic story and realism or the Wild West you will love it. Just saying it’s a different kettle of fish to GTA and RDR1.

Brilliant title, endless playability.

The wild west has never looked this beautiful and engrossing. A large open-world with interesting characters – as you would expect from a Rockstar game. Just expect to take your time, this isn't a game for people in a hurry

Another great game, love the story. Love shooting, robbing, fighting, drinking… I would've been a great outlaw!

A game that totally immerses you in the old west. Wasnt a massive fan of the first one. This is a different animal. There are some bugs in the first build; dissapearing npcs, horse mesh swapping, various graphical glitches, minor pop in. None of these should stand in your way when buying it. I give the single player mode 9/10. Cant wait for multiplayer.
