Glad I took thes plunge on these, I thought the haptic feedback would be a gimmick, but it actually adds to the experience, little things like a sword swing and footsteps you can feed in your headphones, it's kind of difficult to explain but definitely enhances games and movies too.

It has cooling gel in the headset padding that goes over your ears, it really does feel quite nice after long sessions.

Mic quality 6/10 it sounds good but I feel like it's extremely quiet and needs to be put right by your mouth for friends to hear clearly.

Sound quality 9/10 for me I can't complain it's very balanced in all tones, doesn't have extreme bass like a lot of gaming headsets which I love.

Set up is easy, just hold power button and press wireless button on your Xbox console and you're ready to go.

Battery life is about 4–6 with haptics on at max level, it can be adjusted by 4 levels of intensity, if they are turned off you get about 14 hours on a 4 hour charges.

"Stay away from this brand"

I purchased this for my Xbox series X. It has problem with connection after turning off. Some other brand’s headsets also have the same problem. I contacted RAZER to see if they can provide a firmware update to fix this issue like others. But unfortunately after asking twenty questions, they simply say sorry please contact Microsoft for it. They have no solution and they refuse to investigate further. STAY AWAY FROM IT!

I've had these for a number of months now, I use them with my race sim, and they do sound amazing and the haptic feedback when you hit rumble strips on the track sound unreal. But the issues I face are the sound cuts out or distorts terribly from time to time, I initially put it down to expecting too much from a first gen xbox one, I pre ordered a series x which arrived on release day. Not only does it still cut out or sound like they're under water, but with the series x, almost every time I use them, I need to resync them to my console. It's a pity, because when they're working, my God, brilliant, I regret spending so much on something that doesn't do what it should, every single time it's used
