Lindsay Oades is a Clinical and Health Psychologist and Directorof the Australian Institute of Business Wellbeing at the Universityof Wollongong, Australia. He has been awarded numerous nationalawards for his mental health research. Peter Caputi is an Associate Professor in the School ofPsychology at the University of Wollongong, Australia. He is aconsulting editor for the Journal of Constructivist Psychologyand The Journal of Psychology: Interdisciplinary andApplied.
