Dominic Beer is Consultant Psychiatrist in Psychiatric Intensive Care and Challenging Behaviour Psychiatry, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Psychiatry, London. Stephen Pereira is Lead Consultant Psychiatrist at Goodmayes Hospital, Essex. Carol Paton is Chief Pharmacist, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and Honorary Research Fellow at the Department of Psychological Medicine, Imperial College, London.
