"Property Finance" provides an overview of the field, linking the areas of property and construction with an understanding of financial structures and concepts. The aim is to present an insight and a strategy for understanding and learning about these concepts and structures, and to introduce the reader to the institutions in the market which provide finance for real estate investment and development.
