HOW TO TAKE HYDE™ V2
As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop of HYDE V2 with 8 oz. of cold water. Consume 15 to 30 minutes before exercise. Do not consume HYDE V2 within 4 hours prior to bedtime. Do not take other products that contain caffeine or any other stimulants while taking HYDE V2.
