Author Biography:

Ross Cranston is Professor of Law at the London School of Economics. He was a judge of the High Court, Queen's Bench Division for just over nine years and the judge in charge of the Administrative Court from January 2016. He was MP for Dudley North 1997-2005 and Solicitor General 1998-2001. Emilios Avgouleas is the inaugural holder of the International Banking Law and Finance Chair at the University of Edinburgh and the director of the Edinburgh Center for Commercial Law. Kristin van Zwieten is the Clifford Chance Associate Professor of Law and Finance at Oxford University and a Fellow of Manchester Harris College. Christopher Hare is an Associate Professor of Law at Oxford University and a Fellow of Somerville College Theodor van Sante is junior counsel at 3 Verulam Building, Gray's Inn, London with a wide-ranging commercial practice in the fields of banking, insurance and financial services disputes.
