OK, i had some spare money, so i decided to just go into a games store and see what they had, eventually choosing Prince of Persia, i insert the disc into the drive, and it hasn't come out of the disc drive once since I've purchased it. The graphics are beautiful, the views are amazing!…I'm not a huge fan of the Prince of Persia series, but Ubisoft have done an absolutely terrific job with this game. The new POP game has the same game engine that was used for Assassins Creed, so you now have these awesome realistic physics under your belt. The story is actually well done, and is easily believable. The combat isn't the typical button-mashing stuff, but instead is rhythmic, and requires you to think smart, and have correct timing to string together some awesome looking combos. Each boss battle is unique to itself, and the developing bond that the Prince and Elika have always make you want to keep playing. The story roughly takes 16–20 hours to complete, and collecting the light orbs makes you want to replay the game all over again. The map is pretty big, and there are a few puzzles here and there that get you thinking. My only problem with this game would be the dialogue from the Prince. He comes off as an idiot, with almost nothing intelligent to say, and even though its not intelligent, most of the stuff he says isn't even humorous, which kind of makes you want to skip all the dialogue. If you're looking for a game to satisfy your gaming craving, whether you've liked the POP series or not, this game is one you all should try out. Its got beautifully designed graphics, pretty fast load times, unique combat, and an interesting storyline. Give this game a try.
