Description

A follow-up to the author's first book, this book explores advanced pranayama techniques for serious yoga students. Going into more depth with poses and breath exercises, this book also combines the ancient philosophy of the Upanishads with physical practices. Author Biography:

Richard Rosen is a graduate of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco and has been teaching yoga since 1987. He is a contributing editor at Yoga Journal magazine. This is his third book. He lives in Berkeley, California.
