If you want a cheap way to add more playability to Power Grid, then get these cards. They can be used instead of, or in addition to the base power plants that come with Power Grid. These cards allow experienced players to reconsider their normal tactics, hence adding new challenges to an already great game.

The alternative power station cards give the games a slightly different feel and introduces a greater set of options expanding the playablility of a great game even more.. A must if you like power grid. I must like it as I have pretty much all the expansions.

This additional variety to the power plants ensures that those who have memorised the original set cannot use that to their advantage.
