Power Grid India & Australia Expansion takes the base game and introduces a whole bunch on different dynamics for a familiar but fresh take on what is already my favourite game. In this expansion, the different characteristics of the Australian and Indian power markets are synthesised, without requiring any new pieces from the original game (except the board). It's really well designed and requires different strategies to win with.
One thing that annoyed me a little is the Australia map is deliberately ‘upside-down’. This seems to be a hilarious joke for northern hemispherers but I found it meant I kept thinking 6's were 9's and vice versa.
