Basically no instructions about how to pull it apart & put back together, or what the buttons do, only instructions are about rinsing the filter before use, we struggled to get this to screw back in properly once filled with water so basically half the water spills out while you're trying to screw it back into the top! I would be a bit reluctant about taking it anywhere in case the top randomly comes apart from the base spilling water everywhere. I had hoped that the water would drain back into the container when you pushed the bowl back in (which would be handy while travelling) but this does not seem to be the case.
