I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and quality of materials given the price. Maybe I'm just a spaz but I did find lining up some of the screws quite tricky during assembly – took me about 30 minutes to put it together. Frustrating when I just wanted to sit in the damn thing…

Basically the main issue is that just after a month of use I had to buy myself a cushion as the seat had basically gone flat and had become hard and uncomfortable. I think best bet is to spend a little extra and get something that will last
The first problems came up during assembly, this thing is a bit tricky to put together, even more so because following the instructions makes the assembly more difficult than necessary. I've had this chair for a little under six months now and the cushioning of the seat is really not holding up well, with the padding quickly becoming separated out and permanently depressed. On the positive side, it will fit even tall people well and the back support is very comfortable.
A little difficulty putting it together as mentioned by other reviews. Comfortable, but probably close to being too short for anyone much over 6ft tall. Rocks a bit even when locked in position. EDIT it started falling apart after about 6 months of use. I'm 80kgs. Was absolutely trash. Now it's in the trash. So glad I got something better.

I've had this chair since April now, and whilst it serves fine and my cat adores it, I do have some issues. It had a slight wobble brand new, and the padding on the seat isn't good for any more than a couple of hours of use at a time. I would recommend getting a cheap DXRacer as from past experience they are worth the extra cost.
As mentioned in other reviews I found the assembly tricky, especially as the instructions were very basic. The only thing they were useful for was confirming all the bits were there. I haven't been using it for very long but I've found I need a memory foam pad, and I like the arms in comparison to some other styles because they're not tiny feeble plastic ones.
Poor quality parts and the seat wobbles. Word of advice, buy something else.
Great Chair comfortable but the old one broke (out of warranty) I didn't want to throw it out and create more waste when I needed a bracket or a seat only. Its taken 2 months of back and forward with Mighty Ape and here is their parts policy which I find shocking when we are all trying to be green and waste conscious word for word fomr there support team "Unfortunately we don't offer replacement parts on our website for these items so we are unable to supply them, even if you opted to purchase them. " After much chasing one has been sent out but come on guys and SAVE the PLANET provide spare parts !
