Having managed to catch an early listen of this album while it was streaming online – this is easily the best album of 2010 so far. Super fresh beats, slick production and really interesting instrumentation and melodies.
Not to mention the collaborators – who range from Snoop Dog and Mos Def to Lou Reed and The Lebanese National Orchestra for Oriental Arabic Music.
This is possibly/probably the best Gorillaz album which is saying A LOT considering the first two were already masterpieces in alternative pop. I highly recommend you purcase this album.
