Merrilees then paddles up the river Amazon and journey’s through the Rainforest in search of Brazil Nuts, bizarre fruits, tapioca pancakes and exotic barbecued fish. Merrilees then heads south to Recife in the Pernambco state where you will find Brazil’s answer to Rum.
