"Too fast to follow"

Video and her commentary is WAY too fast, you've only just comprehended what she's said before she's already moved on 2 steps ahead. Had to stop it after 15 mins as too frustrating. Avoid.

The Pilates Method was devised by Joseph Pilates about a century ago. A series of mat based exercises that tone, strengthen and stretch the muscles to provide a more streamlined physique. This program includes the 8 principles of Pilates: Concentration; Centering; Breathing; Control; Precision; Flow of Movement; Isolation; and Routine.
