This mix is pretty good, it’s kinda expensive but the taste is good and my fiancé preferred it to banana pancakes. Would buy again.

Clearly I’ve wasted my money by buying 2 of these, one tiny bite sized and the disgusting flavour is still in my mouth 20 minutes later, not edible whatsoever! Dog won’t even eat them! Waste of money !
I tried both made as per the recipe and thinned out with chocolate chips, could not stand either. These have the most revolting texture and the taste made me gag, like egg and chalk.
I think you need to use this as a base to have as part of a healthy keto or low carb take on a cafe fluffy sweet pancakes brunch. I find blending them in a shaker that pours is an easy way make them and any xtra can be saved for next day. I made them in piklet size and cooked in a frying pan second after cooking the bacon. Then these piklets. Then 2 eggs. Arranged bacon between piklets to form a lying down stack. Eggs on the side and topped with Queen brand sugar free maple syrup. Add avacado for Voila. Yummy.
Yes its nothing like the light fluffy sugary pancakes that got you fat in the first place. But if you pair these with fresh berries and sugar free maple syrup they're edible!
Hate to say it, but I do not recommend this product. Ive been on keto for nearly 13 months and have found A lot of good substitutes and alot of bad substitutes, and this falls into the bad. With a very gritty texture and zero flavour, I tried a couple recipes to give the product a chance, but unfortunately this is just no good for me. Unfortunately for me I brought 4 bags of different types from this company so I hope those turn out better.
