Living in a gluten, dairy, soy free household I thought this book would be helpful but all the recipes require “just like sugar” which is very hard to get in NZ. And there are no substitutes offered.

not at all what I expected…plenty of recipes requiring artificial sugar and many brands of ingredients unavailable here…not advised for those seriously contemplating a lifestyle change or even for those looking for a usable cookbook. Ultimately I feel my money was totally wasted
