This book extends our understanding of the attitudes and behaviors of teachers who improve their schools consistently and considerably. Anit Somech is Associate Professor and Head of the Educational Leadership and Policy Department in the Faculty of Education, University of Haifa, Israel. Izhar Oplatka is Professor of Educational Administration and Leadership in the School of Education, Tel Aviv University, Israel.
