Awesome melted Pineapple Fruju taste!!
Price per serve isn't too bad considering it is really a 2 in 1 product with the included creatine monohydrate in the mix.
When it kicks in its noticeable for me, like a little tingle in my head 30mins after drinking and then notably heightened focus for the duration of my gym compared to without.
Have tried quite a few different pre workout drinks over the years and this is hands down the best so far for flavor and actual effects on my workout.
