Author Biography

S J Phansalkar run his own management consultancy firm - Amol Management Consultants, Nagpur. Prior to this, he was on the Faculty of the Institute of Rural Management, Anand, during which time he completed the Fellows Programme in Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
