For anyone who is a fan of classic classy British comedy this is a must. Timeless, but not tacky. Arkwright is a tightfisted shopkeeper who is always trying ingenious new ways to either make or save money.
He is also in love with the Midwife who lives across the road, but has problems getting past being tightfisted when trying to impress her!
