First one arrived with the top hanging off and the fasteners torn out of the laminate. Returned and received another which arrived locked with no key! I can hear something inside but will need to cut the back off to get in. Both took at least a week each to arrive. Customer service has been good once I found a receptive person to talk to.

Just a nice simple and easy to use cabinet, and rolls around really nicely. Came with 2 keys that work, and the cabinet itself was in good condition. Only a couple of things I didn't like which is I wish there were handles (the drawers open by pulling the sides where there's some room for your fingers to grab), and the lock mechanism is too close to the draw itself so when it's unlocked there's a slight scraping sound when you open the top drawer. Not the end of the world but would be nice if these were improved on. But otherwise good deal and would recommend if you want a cheap and simple cabinet.
