Published in 1997, Off White brought a much-needed analysis of the white racialization process to the multicultural discussion, particularly within the field of education. While the collection is primarily focused on the field of education, contributors hailed from a range of disciplines, including psychology, sociology, anthropology, women's studies, and ethnic studies.
