Over all it's hardy and does what it's supposed to. It looks like it will last 10 years of use. But there is one caveat – the initial frustration of popping the joints into action. Each of the joints is STUCK hard when it arrives. You have to try and bend until you hear a snap to ‘activate’ the joint, and it needs a surprising amount of pressure to achieve that. I still don't have the last joint on each leg freed as I can't get the leverage to apply enough force and gave up. Bare that in mind if you have RSI or any kind of arthritis in your hands or wrists.
Advice for freeing the joints: Most of the issues are in getting leverage on each joint. Don't be afraid to bend surrounding joints to their max and then use them for leverage on a stuck joint. It will feel like it will break but they, apparently, are designed to take it. I found this out too late and it would have saved me much frustration.
