Lubarsky, M.D. is a professor and chairman in the Department of Anesthesia at the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami, Florida Dr. Sudharma Ranasinghe is Associate Professor of Clinical Anesthesiology and Assistant Director of Obstetric Anesthesia at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.
