Author Biography

S. I. McMillen, M.D., a graduate of University of Pennsylvania Medical School and the London School of Tropical Medicine, was a medical missionary in Africa for many years before he established a medical practice in New York. David E. Stern, M.D., is a graduate of Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia.
