It contains a healthy diet plan plus the key ab exercises to transform flabby bellies into super firm abs. There's no point in just depending on a low calorie diet alone to slim down your mid-section. Once the diet ends your body responds by regaining the weight and further slowing down the metabolism. To really succeed you need to exercise the abdominal muscles too. The plan goes beyond "sit up s" and "cruncheez". The midriff region actually contains many different muscle groups, all of which need toning if a perfect flat abs are to be acheived. These workouts ensure each and every midriff muscle gets exercised, so the programme has every chance of being totally effective. The healthy eating plan included with the exercises is a sensible, not a starvation, diet. It contains foods that are good to eat - so that it should be easy to follow and to stick to.
