Good story, excellent art style, combat is fun (but really too easy.) Music is ok, but often far too dramatic for the setting. Also a good length for my taste, about 40 hours for story and a few side quests.

The game is amazing in the way that it is so different, yet it feels so similar to the first. Combat mechanics are quite different, but improve upon the first. Only been able to spend 4 hours in game so far, but well immersed and my wife and I are enjoying it thoroughly.
There is no need to have played the first either making it open for new comers as well, though I would highly recommend playing the first if you haven't already, either before, or after.
