Author Biography:

Edward Walker is a native East Tennessean who has been interested in local history since his high school days. His working career has been that of a teacher mostly in secondary social studies. He has compiled and published several books on historical and genealogical topics. He lives in Newport, Tennessee, with his wife and daughter.
