This album is a masterpiece, Definitely Ye's best album to date yet alone one of the best hip hop albums to come out in the last ten years.

Description

To say the last 12 months have been an adventure fro Kanye West would be an understatement. And in true Kanye style he has managed to capture his experiences in his much anticipated new album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.

The first two singles from the album are "Power" and "Runaway” and if these singles are anything to go by, the album is definitely going to live up to all the Kanye-hype of this year.

Received to critical acclaim, 'Power' is as anthemic and victorious as it is inventive - sampling the track '21st Century Schizoid Man' by British prog rock band King Crimson. The video for 'Power' is also just as inventive, produced by Italian/Canadian filmmaker Marco Brambilla; it is a continuous shot that Kanye himself likened to a “moving painting.”

Equally impressive is the new track 'Runaway', combining tongue in cheek lyrics with innovative production and a bourgeoisie attitude. The video is an excerpt of Kanye's 35 min short film 'Runaway' and features Pusha T, one half of Virginia Beach duo The Clipse.
