Will the detective ever be able to catch the murderer and what emotional price is he willing to pay? In another story, the reader is dropped in the jury box of a high profile murder case. The senator's husband could be facing the death penalty if found guilty. The courtroom drama is followed by an intense jury deliberation. Private eye and jury member Robert Douglas is used to solving cases, but how will he sort through the evidence and then be able to convince eleven others to adopt his perspective on the case?

Author Biography:

For the last three decades, Eric Lee has written short mystery and suspense stories, providing the "leeway" for murder. His individual stories have been published in a multiple locations, including Ascent Aspiration Magazine and Burst Literary E-zine. He has compiled his favorite short stories and published them in books as short story collections. Murder in a Coastal Town and other stories is his second publication of a short story collection.
