My Macadamia mrs higgins cookies arrived slightly late, due to courier post having delays in palmerson north. These cookies were way better than the chocolate ones I had before. The baking was on point with a good consistence and nice flavour.
Mrs Higgins bakes soft, chewy, American style cookies loaded with flavour! For starters, all our cookies are made with real butter, then we ‘turn the wooden spoon’ to the left and the right, toss in chunky bits, fruity bits, nutty bits and ‘secret bits’, and then turn the wooden spoon some more.
