I desire now to read briefly and comment on some of these resolu tions, and we will call on others from time to time, but our whole intention is to be as brief as possible. Our first resolution is: That it is the sense of the grain trade here assembled that the guaranty to the farmers for the 1919 wheat crop should be made good.
