Evan Mink was once the CIA's most cunning and successful tracker. Years later, he's called back into action to track down a pair of fraternal twins, Jerry and Silvia. Raised in a top-secret Bulgarian lab since their birth, the twins are taught to develop their powerful telepathic and telekinetic abilities to extreme, and sometime deadly, consequences. Separated during their telekinetic development they now lead separate lives. During advanced training, Jerry sees his future. His mind will be used as a weapon. Not wanting this, he escapes the lab to search for Silvia.
Re-united they embark on a trail of destruction and chaos as they desperately try to outwit Mink who is hot on their trail.
