Author Biography:

Randall Hansen holds the Canada Research Chair in Political Science at the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada. Jobst Koehler is a Research Officer at the International Organization for Migration in Hanoi, Vietnam. Jeannette Money is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of California, Davis in Davis, California.
