I remember playing these games at the arcade… Yep! showing my age now. You're bound to find a game here thats great for the younger generation, thats is, those that have not be influenced by games of the console generation.
Midway have faithfully recreated the ol' arcaders from that “bygone era of the 80's…” as my son would say. They have included the history for some of the games, as well as concept/poster art which adds some extra interest.
The games are exactly what one would expect to find in the arcades so it can be a droll playing a skateboard game and not be able to pull a Switch 360 Pop Shuvit to a frontside 50–50. The controls are configurable but some games test your patience in this area of gameplay.
Midway Arcade Teasures is a nice walk down memory lane, but with the amount of depth that most gamers are use to these days, I see this game delegated, to the history archives of your game collection… but it is a good archive to have in your collection
