it looked pretty easy in the videos/description etc but i tried spiraling a carrot and it acted more like a pencil sharpener where the movement was spiral and it shaved off bits of the carrot instead of making long even shapes like noodles. you are better off using a normal peeler and peel long bits off of the vegetable instead. only good thing is it's cheaper than the other spiralisers out there.
