It was a little odd to put together at first but then I figured it out, there's a silver part that can screw into the bottom of a blue yeti mic.

It's a cheap mount for your mic that clamps to your desk. It does the job… Mostly. It can't hold larger mics, only light-weight, slender, cylindrical ones. I started having problems after a few weeks where it couldn't hold the weight of the mic and would droop down. Then found out that the metal had actually been bending under the weight at the point where the stand inserts into the desk clamping part. It seems that all the weight is concentrated to this one area. If you're cheap like me, you DIY some reinforcement so it won't bend. Or you can just buy a better quality mic stand.
The product itself does not come with instructions so you either have to know what to do or google it. Not really clear on how to attach the pop filter but it works when I did.
This microphone stand was pretty bad. Doesnt fit any of the “mainstream” mics in the shockproof part of the set. Heavy mics will struggle to stay w this mic stand and if your mic isnt in the shockproof part of the set it will not be able to turn only go up and down. Only reason this wasnt a 1 star is because the pop filter was the only good thing in this stand, I would pay 20 dollars for this pop filter not even worrying about the stand
You are buying the cheapest boom arm you can find, which is fair, but just know the quality will show. I've had mine for about 6 months and every single time I move it, it has a terrible squeaking sound, and the base clip of the boom arm barely holds on. I've had my arm randomly disconnect from my desk about 3 or 4 times now. For a cheap and easy solution for a mic arm, its fine, and the filter is honestly great, but I see myself upgrading to a more official one in the future.
The key to keeping any Microphone equipment is loosen before adjusting or shifting. Though this arm is smaller and lesser quality doesn't mean it can't last.
The arm is just strong enough to hold its own weight as well as my mic, and even if it breaks later the shock mount and pop filter will still be well worth what I paid for the set.
The arm itself is quite flimsy. You sometimes need to tighten the swivels back again. Apart from that, it works as a mic arm should.
I have no complaints about this boom arm. It holds on my desk great and holds my AT2020 microphone with ease. Pop filter is also very good. Cant beat it for this price
Its pretty good if u want something small, lightweight and compact however the shockmount is so small and so tight I scratched up my razer seiren mini trying to get it in (it still wouldnt fit)
I use a Audio Technica 2020, I was only just able to fit the microphone into the shock mount, id say it was luck that I even got it in there. Really recommend for people with small mics! Only 2 downsides is that it isn’t easy to move, you kinda have to put some extra oomph behind it. And the shock mount is tiny LOL. Still, im using it and it’s fine, so yeah. Lit.
Holds a rode NT mini no problem, might have issues with larger mics though
It's really good! No problems with it except one piece of the bit that holds the mic snapped off so I fixed it with a keychain hanger thing other than that its great :)
The pop filter would not stay on, but other than that my microphone is snug and is easy to move around, good job whoever build this.
It extends a lot further than I thought it would which is really handy. Nice and strong in holding up and attaching to my desk. Fits most mics as well. Only thing I would add is an instruction manual on the setup as I'm sure some people would be confused a little. Apart from that, holds my hypercast up nicely :)
We found it easy to set up, although a bit awkward to move around it did the job. However relatively quickly found that the movement had started bending the bracket that holds it on the desk. Now 6 months later it is at such an angle it does not do the job. Would invest in better quality if you can.
Not sure why these people are saying it fits the mics that it does because it literally fits nothing and is so inflexible that it's not even worth it.
