Meanie is the fifth album by Fatcat & Fishface, the award-winning outlaws of New Zealand children's music.

Fatcat & Fishface's cheeky style has been compared to Badjelly, Roald Dahl and The Simpsons and has been described elsewhere as "funny, friendly, crazy songs for kids in need of an injection of intelligent entertainment". Fatcat & Fishface's fame has spread from New Zealand to New York, where they appear on cool kid's radio shows and compilation CD's.

Meanie continues the fun Fatcat & Fishface tradition with a whole raft of ridiciulous new songs featuring stressed children (Una Momento), disappearing socks (Black Socks), the delightful Emily Says, lovelorn rabbits from Palmerston North(Happity), singalong songs about fruit (Fruit For Thought), disgusting recipes (Magical Potion) and the title track Meanie could possibly sway the debate on the Repeal of Section 59 Of The Crimes Act … 17 tracks in all.
