I always enjoy Sarah Morgan's books. I love her characters, her settings, her humour and her understanding of human nature. This book is the third of a trilogy which takes place at a family-owned resort in Vermont, USA, and the three books tell the stories of three brothers, who despite their differences, despite the problems that beset them, really do know the meaning of “family”. Jackson is struggling to run the resort after the sudden death of their father, Sean wants to just continue to work as a surgeon where he doesn't have to deal with family problems, and Tyler is raising a daughter and coping with the loss of his competitive ski-ing career. All three find their way to happiness, though not always in ways they once dreamed of.
