Author Biography:

Luke S. Lee, Ph.D., P.E., is Professor of Civil Engineering at the University of the Pacific. He has contributed to numerous articles, book chapters, and books and has served as a reviewer for ASCE's Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering, and Journal of Composites for Construction. Hector Estrada, Ph.D., P.E., is Professor of Civil Engineering at the University of the Pacific, where he also held the position of Department Chair. He has published numerous journal articles, books, and book chapters, and has served as a reviewer for ASCE's Journal of Structural Engineering and Journal of Engineering Mechanics.
