His previous books include Management Knowledge (Palgrave Macmillan 1998) and Managing Values (Palgrave Macmillan 2002). - JONATHAN GROUCUTT is Deputy MBA Programme Director at Oxford Brookes University. He has taught a wide range of Marketing and related subjects on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. He has also been a marketing consultant advising on a diverse range of companies from small and medium sized enterprises to multinationals.
