Kim Langfield-Smith is Professor of Accounting, and Head of the School of Business at La Trobe University. David Smith is a lecturer in the Department of Accounting and Management at La Trobe University. Carolyn Stringer is Lecturer of Accounting at University of Otago, New Zealand.
