Mamma Mia!: The Movie
Donna (Meryl Streep), an independent hotelier in the Greek islands, is
preparing for her daughter's wedding with the help of two old friends.
Meanwhile Sophie, the spirited bride, has a plan. She secretly invites three men
from her mother's past in hope of meeting her real father and having him escort
her down the aisle on her big day.
20 year old Sophie (Amanda Seyfried) has a problem. It's almost her wedding
day and she doesn't know who her father is. It could be any of 3 of her
mother's (Meryl Streep) past suitors. The only way to find out is to invite all
three to her wedding and see what happens.

Critic Reviews:
- " Mamma Mia has been made with the most delicious, joyful abandon and
all it asks is that you joyfully and deliciously abandon yourself to it and
don't make too many observations. " –
Deborah Ross
- " Sometimes you just need a trip to the Greek isles, some '70s pop, or
maybe both to get into the summer mood. " – Casey
Cipriani
- " The award magnet Streep is practically guaranteed a comedy/musical
Golden Globe nomination for her performance here. " –
