Description

Developed by Netscape communications, JavaScript functions as an outstanding way to enhance both client-side as well as server-side scripting. It remains popular because of its simplicity and the ease with which it handles common Web site functions such as scrollbars, validations, and rollover effects. Relatively easy to master, even for people with no programming experience, JavaScript is Netscape's key scripting technology.
