Bought these for my Dad for Father's Day, he loved the idea so much that we made them then and there. Luckily I had also bought him a dark Porter which worked perfectly in the mix. The cookies came out perfectly! Nice and gooey with a crisp casing. I could have eaten them all! 10/10 would buy again!
I used a IPA, I'm not a huge fan of the end flavor. I'm sure if a Stout was to be used it would change the flavor. But everyone enjoyed them.
