Seriously!! Buy this! The best cook book, I’ve made the brioche donuts & fudge. Both have exceeded my expectation.

The book is a great read from front to back. Bee (author) has done a great job in explaining each recipe and giving a really informative background story. Look forward to trying a recipe very soon.

The recipes are hit and miss. Some work great but others do not work at all even as an experienced baker following all of the instructions.
Didn’t get as far as trying recipes which look good, but didn’t expect found language in a cookbook. Just as well I didn’t buy it as a gift or to take to school to use in my food classes!

Delicious recipes! Easy to follow! And a great read! Love everything about this cook book.
I’ve made quite a few recipes out of this book and have loved everyone of them! Can’t wait to work my way through the book!
